Guest Policy

The Guest must be at least 18 years years of age to be able to check-in the hotel through reservation

It is compulsory to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Without valid ID (either CNIC or Passport) the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

The identification proofs accepted are driving license, NIC, and Passport. While living in the Rooms, Guest must have to carry one of the identification proofs with him as per government rules.

1 Child upto 6 years of age is complementary until you not required an extra mattress. The extra mattress and breakfast charges for child will be applicable. The breakfast is complementary for number of adults only.

For Triple occupancy, extra mattress will be provided with applicable charges.

If any inappropriate behavior of guest be notified or bought to the attention to the management, the hotel reserves the right, after the investigations to take appropriate action against the guest.

Policies of certain hotels may be changed according to seasons of the years, so you are supposed to check Hotels policy section in the web portal before making reservations.

The liability for any damage, except minor wear and tear to hotel property (Rooms) would be on guest. Guest should keep the hygiene and cleanliness in hotel room.

Few policies related to booking would be informed to the customer at the time of booking, etc.

Extension of stay might be possible on current room rates, subject to availability. It might be possible that current room rates would be different than the room initially booked.

In case you booked a single room:

Cancelation of booking before 24hrs of Check-in time, 100% refund. If canceled within 24hrs or less than that, or incase no show up at the hotel at the date of check-in, then no refund will be applicable.

If you wanted to shorten your booking while staying, then after deducting charges of one additional night in advance from your requested day of checkout, remaining night’s amount will be refunded.

For booking of 2 or 3 rooms:

100% refund on cancellation before 24hrs or more prior to check-in time.

If you wanted to cancel booking at the date of check-in, charges for the first two nights or the complete booking amount whichever is lower shall be deducted. In case of no show up at the hotel, no refund will be applicable.

If guest wanted to extend his stay at hotel depends on availability, then the guest must settle billing amount in advance, otherwise no further accommodation will be granted.

Our standard check-in time is 1PM; however guest can appear any time before the reservation valid.

If guest want an early check-in before 6 AM or onwards, guest should select the previous day for check-in. 100% charges for one day will be applicable as per room rates of the previous day. Early check-in between 10AM to 12Noon will be complementary, but subject to availability,

Our standard check-out time is 12 noon.

Subject to availabiltiy, late checkout can be allowed, but extra charges will apply:

Late Check-out from 11AM to 1PM is complementary

Late checkout between 1PM to 5PM, 0% to 30% charges payable as per room rates of the next day, depending on hotel policy.

Late check-out after 5PM, 100% charges payable as per room rates of the next day.

Hotel specific amenities which are showcased on website would be provided to the guest. Guests are advised to ask the same to the hotel if not provided, while staying. 

Few Hotels may deny Check-in to unrelated couples, due to prohibitions/ local conditions. This can be avoided by checking the details of the hotels and can also be confirmed by approaching the customer service/ helpline of KTown rooms.

If suspicious or posing couples may not provide identification, then accomodation may be denied to them by hotel.

The locals guest can be denied accomodation by hotel due to local conditions/ regulations/ government policies, etc.
